Introducing November's New Read

Hello Baddies!

In the beginning of 2023, I challenged myself to read at least one book per month to hold myself accountable. Since a child I have always had a love for reading and writing particularly romance but always told myself I didn't have time to digest more than a few books every couple of months. This year I wanted to dive deeper into the literary universe and expand my horizons. I have read so many new books in differing genres that I cannot wait to share my thoughts on through this blog.

A couple days ago I stumbled across a book in the Personal Growth section of Barnes & Noble that I couldn't wait to crack open. For November, I am starting All About Love by Bell Hooks. A book that discusses the pillars of love in modern society. As someone with a deep appreciation for romance and consuming anything love related in popular culture I am excited to see if Hooks will change/enhance my perspective on how I view this complex concept called love.
